At the Intersection of AV, IT, and AI: What Will ProIntegration Tech 2026 Showcase?

On April 21-22, Moscow will host the ProIntegration Tech exhibition and forum - an event that will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2026. The venue traditionally brings together experts in the field of audiovisual (AV) technologies, system integration, and digitalization. The focus is not just on industry novelties, but on their applied value for business.

The business program will kick off with the "Digital Museum" conference (April 21), organized with the participation of the Council for the Digital Development of Museums under ICOM Russia. The industry partner of the business program is Polymedia. Ascreen and VIZHU acted as partners of the "Digital Museum" conference.

The museum sphere is not the most obvious candidate for technological transformation, but it is here that the business effects of innovation are clearly visible:

  • AI as a guide. Chatbots and virtual guides reduce the burden on staff and expand the audience through online formats.
  • Content personalization. Neural networks analyze visitor behavior and adapt audio guides to their interests — an analogue of recommendation systems in e‑commerce.
  • Multimedia solutions. Automated creation of interactive installations reduces the time and budget for updating expositions.

Among the speakers are Ilya Tambovtsev, Chairman of the Council for the Digital Development of Museums under ICOM Russia, curator of IT projects of the State Hermitage Museum, as well as representatives of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Tsaritsyno State Museum‑Reserve, the L. N. Tolstoy State Museum‑Reserve, and other institutions. IT companies Next Space, OKAS, tmatic.travel will share cases of technology integration into cultural projects.

The second part of the conference will feature:

  • Ilya Faizov, co-founder of VIZHU;
  • Viktor Abramenko, head of the museum department at Ascreen;
  • Igor Isheev, technical director of Polymedia;
  • Yulia Kosterova, head of brand management at OKNO‑AUDIO.

Experts will present audiovisual solutions for museums — from projection systems to sound installations. The emphasis will shift to issues of ownership costs, scalability, and compatibility with existing infrastructure solutions.

On April 22, the "Digital Signage 2026" conference will be held with the support of the "Marketing in Retail" Association (POPAI Russia). Moderated by Dmitry Chidirov, CEO of "Electronic Money".

Key topics for discussion:

  • Digital Signage market in Russia and the world;
  • trends in the use of digital screens in retail;
  • the role of AI and neural networks in the development of the direction;
  • cloud solutions for Digital Signage;
  • new approaches in system integration of digital systems in 2026;
  • the present and future of the Indoor and Outdoor advertising market.

Speakers from ADTS, DIGIS Group, IAM, "Electronic Money", Hi‑Tech Media, SNK‑S, "Ecue Multimedia" will discuss the Russian and global Indoor/Outdoor advertising market, as well as the prospects for import substitution in the equipment segment.

The program will conclude with the conference "System Integration of AV Solutions for the Corporate Center. Trends and Practical Cases 2026". Three thematic blocks — "Audio Solutions", "Conference Rooms and Office Spaces", "Control Rooms and Situation Centers" — will reveal:

  • how to select equipment for the tasks of different industries (from retail to industry);
  • which system integration cases reduce operating costs;
  • why modular solutions outperform monolithic systems in the long term.

Participants — Hi‑Tech Media, STS CAPITAL, EC DISTRIBUTION, DNK, ProTone, DILERCENTER, Sonoruss, OKNO‑AUDIO, VIATEC, Polymedia and other integrators — will consider current trends in equipping audio‑video solutions for objects from different areas on specific examples.

In addition to the business program, the exhibition will offer an exposition area where manufacturers and dealers will present new AV equipment. This is a chance:

  • test technologies "live";
  • discuss delivery terms directly with vendors;
  • assess the compatibility of solutions for current projects.

At the end of the first day, the winners of the Prointegration Awards 2026 industry award will be announced — system integrators and installers will receive awards for the most innovative author's audiovisual projects.

The ProIntegration Tech exhibition and forum will be held on April 21–22, 2026 in Moscow, in Loft Hall 2, 3 (Leninskaya Sloboda St., 26s15). Participation is free, upon prior registration on the event website.

The organizer is "Midexpo", general partners are DealerCenter & TTT group, jubilee partner is SNK‑S. IXBT is the information partner of the event.
