If we are talking about a full-fledged AI agent (who does not just answer questions, but takes actions), here are its main application scenarios in our realities.
Smart shopping and filtering information noise
Searching for products on Ozon or Wildberries has long turned into a battle with inflated reviews and algorithmic output.
What the agent does. You instruct him to find, say, summer tires or a robot vacuum cleaner with specific parameters. The agent himself parses marketplaces, filters out products with fake reviews (analyzing text patterns), compares price charts for six months, and gives you the three best options with links. And in the future, he himself applies a promotional code and presses the "Order" button in the cart, if you entrust him with your bank account.
Achieving physical goals without micromanagement, my personal example
Calorie and workout tracking is usually abandoned after two weeks, because it's boring bookkeeping. The agent takes this routine upon himself.
What the agent does. Imagine that you have set a rigid bar - to reach a target weight of 85 kg. The agent doesn't just write a typical diet. He analyzes your preferences, himself assembles a basket of products in delivery for a week, calculates KBZHU, taking into account what you actually ate (just from a photo of the plate!), and adjusts the training plan in the calendar, if he sees that you have not slept much this week.

Taming digital bureaucracy and finance
Our people spend hours uploading checks, paying receipts, and trying to understand where the salary went.
What the agent does. He integrates with the bank API and mail. Once a month, he himself collects all the receipts from the UK, checks the meter readings, and forms a basket of payments. He can also analyze spending on cards and at the end of the month issue a dry summary: "On taxis and takeaway coffee cost 15% more than in January, I suggest cutting the limit."
Secretary for messengers
Telegram has become a black hole for time. Dozens of channels, home chats, parent chats, work correspondence.
What the agent does. Works like a smart filter. While you are busy, he "reads" the endless chat of the residents of your residential complex. In the evening, he gives you an extract of two lines: "Tomorrow from 10 to 12 they will turn off hot water, and someone from the fifth floor is again selling the remnants of laminate." No scrolling through hundreds of messages.
Harsh Reality (Reality Check)
Right now, there are no such universal agents for individuals "out of the box" in the Russian market yet. The reason is data fragmentation. Yandex will not give data to Sber, and Wildberries will not let a third-party bot dig into its algorithms. Therefore, now such personal assistants are constructors, which enthusiasts collect for themselves through API and Python.
