Sber's "Accountant Portal" service has received a new feature that will allow bank statements from any Russian bank to be automatically uploaded directly into 1C. Sber emphasized that this will save accountants from having to manually download and upload documents, reduce the likelihood of errors, and save up to 25 working hours each month.
To use the feature, it is necessary to connect the "Accountant Portal" to 1C. The integration is configured in the service's personal account: the accountant selects the banks from which statements will be received and formalizes the client's consent to transfer the data. After that, statements are automatically uploaded into 1C without manual intervention.
Employees with the "Accountant" role can configure statement receipt, while other company employees can view them if they have the appropriate access rights.
Recall that the "Accountant Portal" provides a unified workspace for accountants handling the affairs of several clients. The service is available in the "SberBusiness" online bank, is fully integrated with 1C, and is free for Sber clients.
