Telegram channel owners from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Turkey have gained the ability to connect to a new monetization model—the exchange model—which is available in the "Yandex Advertising Network." Now they can independently set the price per 1,000 views (CPM) of an advertising publication.

Advertisers independently choose channels to place ads, focusing on cost, topic, and audience quality. This allows channel owners to receive rewards for actual views received and effectively fill advertising slots.

Connection to the exchange model is available to partners registered in the "Yandex Advertising Network" as residents of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey. At the same time, the possibility of using the auction model, where the price per 1,000 views is formed based on an auction between ads, is preserved.
