PIX Day 2025: три тренда в RPA, BI и управлении процессами, которые задаёт ИИ

Over 600 Participants in Skolkovo Discussed How AI is Changing the Process Economy

In late October, the Skolkovo Technopark hosted the annual PIX Day 2025 conference, a key event for professionals in RPA (robotic process automation), BI (business intelligence), and process management. The event brought together over 600 participants in person and over 800 online: representatives of large businesses, IT companies, integrators, and experts in digital transformation.

The main theme of the conference was the practical application of artificial intelligence for automating business processes. PIX Robotics demonstrated updates to its platforms, where AI is integrated into workflows and solves applied problems:

  • PIX Processes now features the Igor AI intelligent assistant, which helps describe, analyze, and optimize processes.
  • PIX RPA has implemented AI agents that can independently choose a task execution strategy and adapt to environmental changes.
  • PIX BI has launched an AI assistant that allows users to formulate analytical queries in natural language and identify patterns without deep technical skills.

The conference discussed the key challenges that companies face during digital transformation:

  • The growing role of AI. Businesses are increasingly demanding that automated systems not only perform routine operations but also be able to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Data security. Regulatory requirements are increasing, which increases the demand for solutions with built-in information protection.
  • Tax environment. Changes in the taxation of IT companies are forcing a review of the economics of projects.
  • Customer focus. Automation should not only reduce costs but also improve the quality of service for end users.

PIX Robotics presented a concept for next-generation solutions, where self managed agents (autonomous "digital employees" solving tasks without constant supervision) and workflow agents (tools that work according to predefined scenarios with risk minimization) play a central role.

The program featured over 20 experts from large companies, including Akron Holding Group, INFINITUM Specialized Depository, ROCKWOOL, Melodiya Zdorovya Pharmacy Chain, PRODO Group, and Svetogorsk Pulp and Paper Mill. They shared their experience in implementing robotization and analytics with a focus on measurable growth in process efficiency, reducing time on routine operations, and increasing the transparency of management reporting.

In the demo zone, eight PIX technology partners demonstrated integration solutions. Participants were able to test the tools and discuss the adaptation of technologies to the specifics of industries — from industrial production to pharmaceuticals.

Of particular interest were the master classes:

  • Business consultant Mikhail Rybakov analyzed methods for involving teams in process management.
  • PIX BI experts showed how self service BI and integration with 1C help move from diagnosing problems to strategic planning.
  • The PIX RPA team demonstrated the evolution of RPA — from classic bots to autonomous digital agents using the PIX Master, PIX Studio, and PIX Assistant platforms as examples.

The conference concluded with the PIX Awards 2025 ceremony, where PIX Robotics' clients and partners were recognized. Awards were given to companies that were able to reduce operating costs through automation, improve the quality of management decisions through analytics, and scale digital initiatives without significantly increasing the resource base.

PIX Day 2025 showed that AI solutions are ceasing to be experimental and are becoming working tools for B2B. The main criterion is measurable economic efficiency.
