The platform will allow companies to integrate services into the messenger: from selling goods and accepting payments to booking travel and supporting customers.
Companies registered in Russia that have placed an application in RuStore can join the platform. In order to take advantage of the platform, you need to go to the "Tools" section in RuStore. To start working on the platform, you need to be verified on "Gosuslugi" or on the website of one of the accredited banks. This is necessary to confirm the connection of the bot owner with the legal entity.
Companies that join the "Platform for Partners" will have the opportunity to:
- automate work with customers and reduce the load on support with the help of a chatbot — the bot will take over all routine tasks;
- launch the company's website using a mini-application — sales can be carried out in Max, without going to external resources;
- create your own channel for publishing content related to the company.
The opening of the platform for business is taking place in stages. More than 500 partners took part in the first stage, including: Ozon, "Magnit", X5, "VkusVill", VTB, "Alfa-Bank", T2 and "Ingosstrakh". The second stage opens up the possibility of connecting to the platform for companies with applications in RuStore and tax residents of Russia. The next stage of the "Platform for Partners" will be available to all Russian entrepreneurs, including the self-employed. Partners will also be able to receive extended statistics on the behavior of customers of their services in Max.
As a reminder, Max is a digital platform from VK that includes a messenger and a number of user services. The application is included in the register of Russian software. Max is available in mobile, desktop and web versions. From September 1, 2025, the Max messenger must be pre-installed on all smartphones and tablets sold in Russia. At the end of June 2025, the developers announced that more than one million users had registered in Max. In August, the number of registered users in Max exceeded 18 million, in early September — 30 million, and in mid-October — 45 million.
