The updated "Drive" allows you to organize centralized storage of corporate files and collaborate on documents.
"Drive" allows you to allocate space between employees, build a structure of shared corporate folders, configure access rights, and create links for access by colleagues and external contractors. The solution also supports integration with external LDAP directories to form a user base and assign group access rights.
Administrators can selectively set rights to create, edit, delete, upload, download, and other actions with shared folders. Rights can be assigned both for individual users and in bulk — through group policies. Users, in turn, have the ability to grant access to both folders and files, using additional security settings: for example, limiting the validity of a link or the number of downloads.
Integration with the "R7-Office" and "MyOffice" office suites is supported: employees can collaboratively edit text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in real time.
The server version of the solution can be purchased and installed separately from other VK WorkSpace products. The On-Premise version of the solution (on customers' own servers) is installed using a proprietary installer.
