Using the bot in the messenger interface, you can create a link or QR code for payment — and send it to the client in the chat.
To get started, you need to go to the chat with the bot, give it access to your «YuKassa» personal account and select the desired store, if there are several.
To issue an invoice, you will need to specify the name of the product or service and the amount. The system will generate a payment link to send to the client or a QR code that can be used for both online payments and offline points. All transactions are reflected in a single «YuKassa» personal account. Dmitry Gnilitsa, Director of B2B Products at «YuKassa», said:
We are creating not just tools for accepting payments, but comprehensive business solutions for entrepreneurs. Launching a bot in Max is a strategic step: messengers and social networks are now the most convenient communication channels for all segments of society.
As a reminder, «YuKassa» is a payment acceptance service of the fintech company «YuMoney» (formerly «Yandex.Money»). In 2020, after «Yandex.Money» was transferred to SberBank's responsibility, the service was decided to be renamed «YuMoney».
