Selectel, a Russian IT infrastructure provider, has expanded its portfolio of proprietary server solutions with a platform based on AMD Epyc 9005 Turin processors, which provide up to 192 cores per socket.

The board supports key modern standards, including PCIe 5.0, DDR5 up to 6400 MHz, and CXL 2.0, allowing for an additional 4 TB of installed memory to be expanded. The platform also allows for the installation of up to 24 NVMe drives.

The company plans to start providing customers with ready-made AMD-based servers as early as 2025. Along with Selectel's own AMD Epyc 9005 Turin-based platforms, Intel Xeon 6-based solutions, which were introduced last year, remain available to customers.
