At the Tech2b conference, K2Tech's cybersecurity division announced the launch of a rapid incident response and IT infrastructure recovery service for retail and FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) companies.
According to the press service, K2 Cybersecurity has recovered over 500 retail outlets after cyberattacks in the past month. Based on this experience, the company has formed a dedicated team of specialists in key regions of the country. This eliminates delays in finding and coordinating contractors.
The service includes the following types of work:
- audit and consulting: assessment of the scale of the incident and development of a recovery plan;
- deployment of backups for rapid launch of workflows and minimization of damage from downtime;
- complete IT infrastructure recovery from scratch: isolation of compromised segments; data, application, and cloud service recovery;
- investigation of the causes of the incident and development of a cybersecurity strategy roadmap;
- ensuring business cyber resilience: connecting necessary protection tools integrated with the IT infrastructure, training internal employees, technical support, deployment to independent cyber testing, and, if necessary, providing computing resources and data storage capacity;
- connection to an external SOC (Security Operations Center) - 24/7 monitoring and response to cybersecurity threats.
