Restaurants can suggest new features, and the service will implement them.
The Yandex team has announced the launch of a crowdsourcing platform based on Yandex Eats, a service for ordering fast delivery of food from restaurants and groceries from stores. Partner restaurants will be able to suggest new features in the order management application.
In the special section "Suggest an Idea," you can share your options. Any restaurant can suggest an idea, regardless of region, business size, or length of cooperation with the service. To do this, you need to fill out a special form in your personal account, after which the idea will be submitted for moderation. Approved applications will appear on a common board with ideas, where other partners will be able to familiarize themselves with them and vote for the most interesting ones. You can only cast one vote for one project once.
On the common board, ideas are sorted by priority — it depends on the number of votes and the complexity of implementation: high, medium, low. New ideas that no one has voted for yet receive a low priority at the start. The more relevant the task is for other partners, the more likely it is to go into development. Priority and ranking change as the proposal gains votes.
The Yandex Eats team plans to regularly select popular ideas — the first time this will happen in December. Considered proposals will receive the status "Completed" and will be available in the corresponding section.
