Astra Consulting has launched a new repository for owners of server licenses of Astra Linux OS. It includes open source software designed to extend the functionality of the system.
The new repository is aimed at companies whose IT infrastructures do not require the mandatory use of software certified by the FSTEC of Russia. It is formed from packages assembled from open source code. Suggestions for adding new components can be sent through the technical support service, and the company's specialists also analyze market needs and independently expand the list of available software.
Each package undergoes a multi-stage check, including antivirus scanning and compatibility testing with the operating system. All components are digitally signed by the company. The solution is available for Astra Linux starting from version 1.8 and supports only the x86_64 architecture.
