The "ConsultantPlus" service for drafting and reviewing contracts has included 10 new contracts. These are variations of popular contracts, which eliminates the need to independently adapt the terms of the basic contract.
In the "Labor Contracts" section, a contract with a remote employee on a combined basis has appeared. Unlike the existing contract for permanent remote work, this option allows you to establish a mixed mode: part of the time in the office, part - remotely.
In the "Contracting" section, a contract agreement for the processing of raw materials supplied by the customer (tolling) has appeared - for cases where the customer provides his raw materials for processing, as well as a contract agreement for consumer services - for entrepreneurs performing work for individuals.
The "Assignment of Rights and Transfer of Debt" section has been supplemented with an Agreement on Reassignment under a Land Lease Agreement. It is necessary for the transfer of rights and obligations from the old tenant to the new one. The constructor allows you to formalize both a complete replacement of a party in the contract and the transfer of rights to a part of the land plot, as well as prepare a bilateral or trilateral agreement with the participation of the lessor.
The "Paid Services" section has been supplemented with six new contracts:
- Contract for the provision of legal services with a self-employed person - for individual contractors (with tax on professional income), where the customer is a legal entity or individual entrepreneur;
- Contract for the provision of legal services between individuals - for cases where both parties are individuals, and the contractor is neither an individual entrepreneur nor self-employed;
- Contract for the provision of security services - takes into account the specifics of the Law "On Private Detective and Security Activities in the Russian Federation" to protect objects, property or personal safety;
- Contract for the provision of services with special equipment - for cases where it is important on which particular equipment (loader, tractor) the work is performed;
- Contract for the provision of real estate services - for finding buyers, tenants or selecting real estate (if the realtor makes transactions on behalf of the client, an agency agreement is needed);
- Framework agreement for the provision of services - for long-term cooperation, when general conditions are fixed in the contract, and details (volume, price, terms) - in additional agreements.
