Organizations will be able to mark their numbers and check their spam status in the Yandex Caller ID.
Companies have the opportunity to add information about themselves, which subscribers will see during incoming calls. This number marking during a call works for both traditional phone calls and in messengers. In addition, the caller ID is now able to automatically reject calls that come to companies from unwanted numbers.
After connecting the number verification, the service will automatically check them for spam and unwanted status. If a number is blacklisted, the company will be able to immediately contact the service support. If the organization proves that there was no spam from the number, the caller ID will exclude it from the list of unwanted ones.
The new caller ID services are available to all companies that have confirmed ownership of telephone numbers. To do this, the organization will need to send documents on the official registration of numbers. To connect new services, you need to leave a request on the Yandex AON website.
