The company "Electrosolutions", the official representative of the EKF brand in Russia, has announced a key personnel appointment. From this month, the sales department will be headed by Evgeny Kryukov — an experienced manager with more than 15 years of experience in commerce and strategic business development.
Evgeny Kryukov is a recognized expert in the field of sales management and commercial teams. During his career, he managed to head key areas in the largest players in the electrical and IT market:
- Daccord (the successor to Legrand in Russia) — managed commercial divisions in the context of business transformation;
- Inkab (a leader in the production of optical cable in the CIS) — was responsible for expanding market share and entering new segments;
- 3M — implemented projects to improve sales efficiency and introduce innovative solutions.
Among his key achievements are increasing market share in competitive segments, launching profitable product lines, and forming highly effective teams.
In his new position, Evgeny Kryukov will focus on developing the sales team, optimizing sales channels, and implementing customer-oriented strategies.
