The communication platform for business from VK in the SaaS (Software as a Service) version now supports SSO (Single Sign-On). This technology allows users to log in to all services with a single login and password, while increasing data protection.
Thus, users do not need to enter their login and password multiple times to access "Mail", "Calendar", "Drive", "Documents", "Messenger" and other platform services. VK Teams app now features end-to-end authorization: an employee enters their credentials once and automatically gains access to all tools.

SSO helps protect corporate data from leaks and cyberattacks. Administrators can use this technology to centrally manage access to services, as well as use additional protection: for example, multi-factor authentication.
Additional user data - phone number, position, address - will be automatically uploaded to the JWT token from the authentication provider each time they log in to the services.
The functionality is available for clients on the "Individual" plan.
