The Ozon team has expanded the number of services for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs available on the marketplace's B2B showcase. Now, corporate clients can receive orders strictly during business hours, as well as arrange VAT refunds and payment deferrals for up to 10 days without paying interest.
The ability to place an order with a deferred payment is one of the new options for legal entities that purchase goods on Ozon and are clients of "Ozon Bank." The deferral limit will be up to 200 thousand rubles and is calculated individually for each client. Deferral is possible for 10 days without paying interest, then it can be extended for another 30 days with a commission.
VAT refunds are also available to business clients when making purchases on Ozon, if the seller has enabled the "Turnover with Legal Entities" option in their personal account. A special document (UPD 1) will be automatically generated for the buyer on behalf of the seller company.
In addition, Ozon has created special sections in the catalog for hotels, cafes, manufacturing facilities, and other types of businesses. In the selections, you can immediately see a selection of items that are in demand among industry representatives.

Most often, representatives of manufacturing facilities, hotels, "convenience stores," cafes and restaurants, and others make purchases on the Ozon B2B showcase: 9 out of 10 clients run small businesses. In the first quarter of 2025, companies placed 65% more orders than the year before, and the turnover of sellers whose goods were purchased by B2B clients increased by 73% year-on-year - more than on the platform as a whole.
