Positive Technologies и ГК Rubytech объединяют усилия для импортозамещения в КИИ

At the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia-2025" conference, Positive Technologies and Rubytech Group, the developer of the Skala^r software and hardware complex, signed a memorandum of technological cooperation. The main goal of the partnership is to promote import substitution at CII facilities, ensuring the transition to secure domestic solutions.

According to постановлению Правительства РФ № 1912 от 14.11.2023, from September 1, 2024, CII entities are prohibited from putting untrusted software and hardware complexes into operation. The document also establishes criteria for product trustworthiness.

To meet these requirements, the partners will use the "Скала^р" line of software and hardware complexes from Rubytech, designed for creating high-load corporate and government IT systems. These complexes are developed based on components from the registers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Digital Development, and, thanks to integration with Positive Technologies solutions, provide multi-level infrastructure protection.

Dmitry Darensky, Head of Industrial Cybersecurity Practice at Positive Technologies, noted:

«Almost every second cyberattack today targets industries with CII facilities. Our products are based on experience in detecting and preventing threats. Together with Rubytech, we will ensure not only import substitution, but also increased cyber resilience of critical systems».

Igor Vedekhin, CEO of Rubytech Group, added:

«A key aspect of our cooperation is the creation of a secure "Скала^р" architecture based on the secure by design principle, where security is embedded at the development stage. The plans include the development of industry solutions that meet the strict requirements of regulators for CII».

Partners will focus on:

  • Development of open process control systems (together with the working group under the Ministry of Industry and Trade);
  • Creation of fault-tolerant and scalable solutions for CII;
  • Development of new classes of IT and IB solutions in the framework of import substitution;
  • Exchange of expertise and improvement of specialist qualifications.
