The Yandex team has released several major updates aimed at improving the security of the Yandex 360 universal set of services for work.
The "Security" section in the administrator panel has been updated: new events, filters, and an interface have appeared there. It is now easier to analyze activity in services. Logs are now available for individual sections, for example, only for "Employee Management". Access to audit logs can be granted through the API. New filters have appeared for quickly searching for events - by type of action, service, user, and period. This simplifies navigation through logs when checking incidents.
Yandex 360 also has the ability to set mandatory use of two-factor authentication - for the entire organization or specific employees. This solution allows you to enhance account login security and reduce the likelihood of unauthorized access. It is also now possible to terminate all active employee sessions: for example, if they logged into their account from someone else's device or have resigned.
Federation support has been implemented in "Messenger". Employees from the federation can be added to group chats, communicate with them in private messages, and find them through global search. At the same time, if an employee leaves the company or cooperation between organizations is terminated, all correspondence, history, and access are automatically deleted. Not only is the message history deleted, but also the access rights of participants to chats - they are excluded from them.
The "Mail" auto-reply has been updated. Now it can be configured for specific dates - for example, for vacation time. Sending different messages for internal and external recipients is available, as well as selecting recipients.
"Calendar" has received a mobile interface update: users can choose how many days to show in the application - one, five, or seven. Also, a quick video meeting button has appeared in the web version: transitioning to "Telemost" or copying a link is now available in one click.
The "Boards" feature has a "resolved" comments function. This simplifies task completion control. A separate comments window helps to track correspondence and quickly find the necessary information.
The "Tracker" task service can be connected without the main Yandex 360 plan - the offer is valid for new users.
