On April 22, the award ceremony of the Russian Infrastructure and Spatial Development Award "Infraros" took place. The award was established in 2025 to recognize companies, initiatives, and solutions that make a significant contribution to the implementation of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".
«Significant attention is paid to the National Project "Infrastructure for Life". Its development is defined until 2030, with a perspective until 2036. As the organizers of the Award, we have launched a Program to select companies that provide residents of Russia with socially significant infrastructure of a new quality,» – noted Maxim Kuznetsov, director of the "Best Infrastructure for Life" program.
Following the review of the submitted applications, the expert council determined the laureates.
The first laureates of the "Best Infrastructure for Life" program, who received the "Infraros" award in April 2025, were: State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro", PJSC "SBERBANK", LLC "Progorod" (State Development Corporation VEB.RF), State Autonomous Institution "Moscow Institute of General Plan", INTELION Data Systems, National Association for Winter Maintenance of Infrastructure and Transport Facilities, LLC ETP GPB, LLC "INTER STROY", TION Group of Companies, Private Institution of Culture "Interactive Center PhosAgro" - Museum and Exhibition Center "Apatit", PJSC "LUKOIL", Goloshchapov Andrey, LLC "EYuS", LLC "22 Group", Roszapovedcenter of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, JSC "Atom-TOR", JSC "SEZ "Technopolis Moscow", Museum-Reserve "Museum of the World Ocean", State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Real Estate Objects of the City of Moscow, Department of Urban Development Policy of the City of Moscow.
The winners demonstrated a commitment to participating in the regional development of the country and presented priority projects.
The award ceremony was preceded by the InfraCity forum, which brought together top speakers from various fields on one platform. Special attention was paid to the topics of infrastructure digitalization, quality control, and its environmental friendliness.
The speakers at InfraCity were:
· Maria Vasilkova – Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Member of the Committee on Industry and Trade, Chairman of the Expert Council on the Development of the Chemical Industry under the Committee of the State Duma on Industry and Trade with the topic "Sustainable Development: Balanced Infrastructure Development"
· Dmitry Zarubin – Director of the Infrastructure Bonds Division, JSC "DOM.RF" with the topic "Infrastructure Bonds – a source of extra-budgetary financing for infrastructure projects in the regions"
· Maria Kulikova – Deputy Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Roszapovedcenter" with the topic "Tourist infrastructure. Protected system of Russia"
· Vladimir Mikhailov – Director for Architectural Activities of VEB.RF with the topic "Formation of a comfortable urban environment in small cities of Russia"
· Timur Shakirov – Deputy General Director of the State Budgetary Institution "Analytical Center of Moscow" with the topic "Experience of the city of Moscow in reducing the costs of maintaining and operating urban facilities"
· Daniil Veretennikov – Director of the "VEB Assets: New Solutions" Block of VEB.RF with the topic "The Far East and the Arctic in the context of interregional tourism strategies"
· Olga Naydenova – co-founder and ideologist of Eburet with the topic "Integration of solutions from recycled plastic for the urban environment"
· Andrey Zhuravlev – General Director of JSC "Bolshoy Serpukhov" with the topic "Cultural code as the basis for the development of agglomeration"
· Maxim Okhalov – Head of the Department of Business Development of JSC "Center for Biometric Technologies" with the topic "Biometrics as a driver for the development of a smart and safe urban environment"
