Test IT, a business unit of "Develonica" (Softline Group), has released a major update to its namesake test management platform. The key update to TMS in version 5.3 Reticulum is integration with AI models YandexGPT and GigaChat. According to the developers, the AI functionality can reduce the time to generate test scenarios by an average of 30%, and for initial test analysis by 50%.
Thanks to the AI functionality, the system can automatically generate test cases based on the description of tasks from connected bug trackers, which simplifies the work of testers, expands the business's ability to quickly prepare for testing, and reduces the cost of quality assurance of the developed software. Test IT noted:
It is important that the platform does not process source code, personal data, or other sensitive information. To ensure security, only the task description from the bug tracker is transmitted to Test IT. Customer data remains completely secure.
- Filter by links in the test library. The new filter helps to identify tests without links to tasks or requirements.
- Integration with Yandex Tracker. The new integration allows you to create defects in the bug tracker directly from the Test IT interface, without switching between systems.
- Preview attachments in autotests. You can view attachments in popular text formats (.txt, .json, .yaml, .xml, etc.) directly in the interface, without having to download them.
- Setting up external links. Transitions to internal resources — corporate knowledge bases, wiki systems, documentation, and third-party services can be added directly from the top navigation panel.
- Updated project panel. The left navigation panel has been redesigned for more convenient and quick switching between system sections.
