Telemost has been updated in the Yandex 360 universal set of services for work. Now, corporate clients do not have to spend time compiling "minutes" - summaries of what was agreed upon during a video meeting.
Telemost will transcribe everything said during the video meeting and create a summary. The transcription is performed by speech recognition technology, and the summarization, that is, a summary retelling, is handled by the YandexGPT neural network.
To enable the function, simply start the meeting and press the button with two asterisks - then all participants will see that the conversation is being recorded. When the meeting ends, Telemost will prepare a transcript and summary. The transcript has timestamps, or time codes - you can track who said what and when. The summary is a brief retelling of the conversation with key conclusions on each topic. The transcript and summary will be sent to the organizer or all participants of the meeting - depending on the settings.
The summarizing and transcription function is available to Telemost corporate clients as part of the new Yandex 360 tariffs. They became effective for small and medium-sized businesses on April 15, and large organizations will be able to switch to them from May 26, 2025.
