Selectel has announced the launch of a new service within the "Cloud Databases" platform — a ready-made OpenSearch cluster. This solution allows companies to quickly deploy a search and analysis tool without the need to independently configure the infrastructure.

OpenSearch is an open source platform for full-text search, log analysis, and data visualization. The cloud solution from Selectel offers:

· Morphological search with support for complex queries.

· Real-time analysis of logs and metrics.

· Data visualization via OpenSearch Dashboards (charts, tables, dashboards).

· Ready-made infrastructure with automatic scaling and fault tolerance.

Selectel takes on all the technical tasks associated with the cluster's operation:

· Configuration and performance optimization.

· Data replication for reliability.

· System operation monitoring.

· Free backups.

· Compliance with security standards:

o 152-FZ (personal data).

o FSTEC Requirement No. 21.

o GOST 57580 (information security).

o PCI DSS (payment data security).

The cluster can be deployed on high-performance equipment, making it suitable for enterprise projects. Integration with other Selectel services is also provided, which simplifies the construction of complex IT solutions.

OpenSearch is a free alternative to Elasticsearch, maintaining compatibility with its API. The platform includes:

· Search engine for working with large amounts of data.

· OpenSearch Dashboards — a tool for visualization.

· Add-ons from Open Distro for Elasticsearch.

Thanks to the open license, OpenSearch can be freely adapted to any business tasks, avoiding the limitations of proprietary solutions.
