The SKB Kontur team has released a significant update for its "Kontur.Talk" video conferencing service. The update allows you to integrate ready-made bots into the corporate messenger via API.
Bots can report on new employees or monitor project milestones, relieving employees of some routine tasks.
The service allows you to add bots to personal and group chats. The bot's profile is displayed in the list of participants, and it can be deleted at any time. According to the developers, the integration takes no more than a minute, the user only needs to issue an API key.
Companies can integrate only ready-made bots into the "Talk" messenger: there is no own constructor in the service yet.
