MTS Web Services (MWS), part of the MTS Group, has announced the creation of a new business unit – a cloud integrator. The new division will enable MWS to implement digital transformation projects for Russian companies, covering the entire cycle of work: from consulting and strategy development to solution implementation and subsequent technical support.

The integrator will focus on four key areas:

· IT infrastructure solutions — creation of private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, management of containerization and fault-tolerant computing clusters.

· Business applications — implementation of BPM, ERP, CRM, and CSP systems, business process automation, and electronic document management.

· Data management and artificial intelligence — development of specialized AI models, computer vision systems for industry, and BI analytical solutions.

· Professional services and IT outsourcing — infrastructure audit, IT system support, CI/CD implementation, and advanced containerization technologies.

As part of infrastructure solutions, the cloud integrator will design individual computing clusters for customers, taking into account the specifics of the business and the company's IT landscape. If necessary, the virtual infrastructure can be deployed in several availability zones, ensuring high fault tolerance.

In the field of artificial intelligence, the integrator has launched the "Data and AI" division, whose specialists develop customized AI models. Key areas of implementation will be computer vision systems for quality control, security monitoring, and access management. The integrator will also offer solutions for secure storage and analysis of large datasets, ensuring their full lifecycle — from collection and cleaning to analysis using BI and AI.

To optimize business processes, companies will be able to take advantage of platform solutions and business applications. MWS experts will conduct an audit, select the best automation tools, and help implement robotization, customer experience management, and digital workplace systems.

Customers will be able to transfer the management of the IT infrastructure of the cloud integrator, including testing, vulnerability detection, and full system support. The MWS team will also assist in the application of CI/CD practices, containerization, and accelerated development.
