Former Chairman of the Board of Modulbank Pavel Semenov has headed the Russian neobank “Hice”. To do this, he moved from the position of Chairman of the Board of Modulbank to the position of Advisor, in which he will continue to participate in the strategy and business development. Renat Badakhov, who has been working in the banking sector for more than 20 years, has become the new Chairman of the Board of Modulbank.
Bank "Hice" started its work in 2021 as a branch of Modulbank, operating under its license. Over four years, "Hice" has become a successful project, offering new banking solutions for individual entrepreneurs.
One of the main innovations of the bank was the combination of an individual entrepreneur account and an individual's card in one tariff and interface, which allowed entrepreneurs to significantly simplify financial transactions and management of funds.

Pavel Semenov is the CEO of "Hice" Bank. He graduated from Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management. As a student, he was engaged in small business, which gave him an understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs. In 2015, he joined Modulbank as a Customer Support Specialist. In 2023 , at the age of 32, he headed Modulbank, becoming the youngest Chairman of the Board among Russian banks. In 2019, he founded the "Black Accounting" service - an online platform for accounting support for small businesses.
Renat Badakhov is the Deputy Chairman of the Board. He graduated from Karachay-Cherkess State Technological Institute. From 2005, he worked at Avangard and Uniastrum Bank. In 2014, he became Vice President of Uniastrum Bank, and in 2017 , he took a similar position at Vostochny Bank, later becoming Deputy Chairman of the Board.
According to Pavel Semenov, the bank will soon present several unique financial products that have no analogues in the Russian market.
