EKF открыла шоурум умного дома

Electrosolutions, the official representative of the EKF brand in Russia, has opened its first smart home showroom in the NOVA residential complex, which belongs to the premium Samolet Select line from the Samolet Group. The showroom demonstrates the capabilities of smart technologies for comfort and security in modern living spaces.

Technologies That Make Life Easier

The showroom features lighting, socket, curtain, and heated floor control systems, as well as temperature, humidity, and front door opening sensors. These solutions are designed to provide maximum comfort and security for future residents of the complex.

Residents of apartments equipped with EKF systems will be able to remotely control:

  • Lighting, including mirror backlighting;
  • Operation of electrical sockets and curtain control;
  • Heated floor temperature;
  • The status of the front door via an opening sensor that sends notifications to a smartphone.

Temperature and humidity sensors will monitor the microclimate in the apartment, notifying users when critical values are reached.

Technological Foundation: ZigBee Protocol

All devices are integrated into a single system based on the ZigBee protocol, which ensures a stable connection of all components even in complex layouts, such as two-level apartments or large areas (up to 200–300 m²). This technology makes the system reliable and suitable for premium projects such as the NOVA residential complex.

Device management is available through the EKF Connect Home mobile application, as well as with the Alice voice assistant from Yandex.

The Future of Smart Housing
