Объявлены победители XIV ежегодной Премии «Время инноваций»

The IX annual Forum on Innovations, which became a platform for exchanging ideas and a meeting place for professionals striving for progress and digital transformations, concluded on December 12. Over two days, participants shared experiences and discussed the implementation of the latest developments in business processes at the event, which was partnered by PressIndex and BelkaCar.

The forum's results showed that innovation and the people behind it continue to be the main drivers of progress. In a rapidly changing world, events like the past forum play an important role in shaping the future, uniting advanced technologies and human potential, and remaining the key to business success in the face of digital change. Therefore, it is symbolic that the HR platform "Pulse" was the general partner of the forum. As Herbert Shopnik, Business Development Director, emphasized: "The 'Time of Innovations' Forum is not just a showcase of advanced technological solutions, but also a unique space for professionals who speak the same language. We understand that people are always the driver of digital transformation. The key to business success is a comprehensive approach to talent management using end-to-end analytics, which is provided by HR platforms such as 'Pulse'."

The business part of the forum ended with the solemn award ceremony of the laureates of the eponymous Award, which has been presented since 2011 for outstanding projects and practices in the field of implementation, development and promotion of innovations in various fields. This year, according to the Expert Council of the Award, the leaders included: SBER, TransTeleCom and Federal Passenger Company, VTB Bank, MAIBENBEN, Newton Investments LLC, Alfa-Capital Management Company, RTK-TsOD, Maxmart Digital Fast Procurement Platform, RUDN, EvoCom LLC brand Tellus, Aeroflot, IT holding T1, Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, Red Soft, XFIT Brand, PRonline, NL International, GKU TsODD, Russian Agricultural Bank, First Management Company, RuStore, RUSAL.

Import substitution is of great importance in modern realities, contributing to the strengthening of economic independence. The introduction of our own developments stimulates the development of domestic production and provides the necessary flexibility in responding to market changes.

"Aeroflot has implemented its own software development on a domestic operating system: 'Electronic Pilot Portfolio' and Crew Tablet for flight attendants. Both applications use Russian tablets. Together with the domestic development of the entertainment system, the 'pilots-flight attendants-passengers' chain on board has been completely replaced by import substitution," said Andrey Polozov-Yablonsky, Advisor to the General Director of PJSC Aeroflot, Head of Innovation.

"The departure of foreign companies from the market gave impetus to the development of the domestic production and research industry. Import substitution allowed us to bring innovative Russian developments to the market. Therefore, it was a great honor for us that NL's patented liposomal technology was awarded the 'Time of Innovations' prize," commented Olesya Bal, Executive Director of NL International.

The laureates of the Award prove by their example that automation of routine tasks, the use of analytics, the introduction of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies are becoming key factors contributing to business optimization and satisfaction of both individual consumers and companies.

"'Public Cloud 2.0' makes advanced technologies available throughout Russia. More than forty services for business help solve various tasks: from data management to security. The product helps automate processes, speed up the implementation of services and effectively manage digital resources," said Alexander Obukhov, Director of Products at RTK-TsOD, about the company's innovative activities.

"The development of computer technology is impossible without innovation. We are constantly improving our team of developers and engineers, expanding the research center and creating laboratories for product testing in order to introduce advanced technologies, modern designs and offer high-quality solutions that meet the requirements of both individual users and small and medium-sized businesses," said Liu Xiaowan, General Director of the Russian branch of MAIBENBEN.

Innovative approaches are the key to competitiveness. The laureates of the Award demonstrate that in order to stay afloat, you need to constantly move forward and strive for continuous progress.

"We live in an age of dynamic change," notes Oksana Markova, Director of Fitness Product at XFIT. "Lewis Carroll's brilliant phrase 'It takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that' applies today to all areas of business: if you provide customers with the usual service, you inevitably move backwards, and in order to offer people relevant services, you need to be several steps ahead - you need innovation. Therefore, the XFIT Method has been introduced into our work practice, which is regularly updated and improved; the result is that customers receive a high-quality service product."

"The development of innovation is a strategically important process for any dynamically developing company: new developments transform business processes and market practices, contribute to the growth of efficiency and scale of business. Our company actively invests in the development of this area, and is confident that new heights await us," commented Irina Krivosheeva, General Director of Alfa-Capital Management Company.

Improving the quality of education is one of the most important strategies in the modern world. Without developing this area, it is impossible to imagine a successful future. The process of modern education should be continuous, and moreover, saturated with innovations to achieve high efficiency.

"The use of VR/AR technologies is one of the most modern and promising approaches to training and professional development of employees. Its key advantages are the realism of the process, the ability to simulate complex situations, reducing training time while increasing training efficiency. VR/AR programs are easily scalable and quickly adapted, which allows you to increase the coverage of personnel and the efficiency of their training in new technologies," said Konstantin Yuzhny, Director of Digital Solutions of the TransTeleCom Group of Companies.

Winning the Award is not only a valuable award, but also a motivation to move forward, a sign that companies have chosen the right strategy. In the era of digitalization, when business processes require constant updating and adaptation, it is important not only to follow trends, but also to actively shape them.

"The introduction of innovation is critical for modern business, and we are proud of our contribution to this area. Digitalization of business processes is becoming increasingly in demand and contributes to the dynamic development and success of Russian IT companies. Winning the award confirms that we have chosen the right course and motivates us to further develop," commented Vladimir Vigura, Product Director of NOTA MODUS, CRM platform (IT holding T1).

Every year, the Expert Council of the Award, consisting of influential public and scientific figures, experts, representatives of business and government authorities, identifies the most successful projects and practices for the implementation, development and promotion of innovations.
