Разработчики SaluteBot открыли возможность прямой публикации ботов в Telegram без чат-платформ

The SberDevices team has expanded the capabilities of the SaluteBot chatbot creation platform — developers have added direct integration with Telegram without a chat platform intermediary. Now the service allows you to create a chatbot, configure a scenario, and then publish it on Telegram. The bot can be connected to both channels and groups. This option is suitable for small and micro businesses that communicate with customers and partners primarily on Telegram.

Thanks to integration with the GigaChat API, bots created in SaluteBot can maintain free-flowing dialogue and can be trained on text documents. You can upload PDFs of up to 300,000 words. A "knowledge base" is formed based on the uploaded documents, which reduces the time to create a bot to 15 minutes and increases the proportion of automatically processed user requests in text channels to 85%.

SaluteBot users also have the option of communicating with customers in chatbots running on VK, Odnoklassniki and Viber messengers, and integrating with the Russian chat platforms Edna, Jivo, Webim to place bots on multiple platforms at once.

Telegram turned 11 years old on August 14 — it first became available in the App Store catalog in 2013. Over 11 years, the messenger has gained 950 million active users. The 1 billion user mark is expected to be reached by the end of the year. According to Tgstat, by the end of 2023, 40% of Telegram's audience was already using bots.
