Нейросети помогут оптимизировать ситуацию на производстве

Russian IT company "SPC Expa" has presented a technological innovation based on artificial intelligence for production management. This system allows optimizing the company's capacity already at the planning stage. The development is called "CyberWorkshop".

According to the developers, this technology definitely solves a number of issues in production, including personnel shortages. The introduction of artificial intelligence in the enterprise ensures a reduction in the production cycle by 45%, which guarantees a reduction in energy costs by up to 30% and an increase in output.

According to Alexey Nikiforov, the founder of the project, the main advantage of a neural network-based solution, in contrast to a model that operates according to specified parameters, is its self-learning ability. "CyberWorkshop" carefully analyzes all aspects of the production process and suggests optimal modernization options, as well as allocates resources and employees. This method of planning is suitable for both small and medium-sized businesses with a small volume of production, and for large enterprises that face the task of developing individual divisions.

The technological innovation is very adaptable and integrates with any corporate information system, for example, one built on the basis of 1C. A user-friendly and intuitive interface does not require special knowledge to use it.

Today, "CyberWorkshop" is actively used in several enterprises in Russia. In addition, expansion to the CIS countries is planned. Currently, the company is negotiating with a number of regional partners and has already concluded a partnership agreement in Uzbekistan.
