ГК «Аквариус» и Nemifist объявляют о старте технологического партнерства

Aquarius Group and Nemifist, a manufacturer of gaming computers, custom systems, and PCs, have announced the signing of a technology partnership agreement. The goal is the joint development of the following product areas: the production of gaming computers, high-performance workstations, and graphic stations.

Aquarius and Nemifist will work together to expand the production of computers and increase their availability to a mass audience by optimizing procurement activities and increasing productivity. It is planned that the new devices will be produced at Aquarius' own production facilities in the cities of Shuya and Tver. At the same time, Nemifist, whose main product is an innovative computer in a desk, will provide its own technologies and developments for this.

Thanks to the experience of the teams of both companies, well-established business processes, and existing production capabilities, Aquarius Group and Nemifist will be able to meet the demand of customers from the B2C segment.

“We are pleased to develop new business areas and expect that this partnership will allow us to share our experience and develop new competencies in the development of gaming computers and workstations, the demand for which has only grown in recent years. And also to strengthen the position of Aquarius Group as a technological leader in the country's IT market,” said Alexey Kalinin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aquarius Group.

“We are joining forces to create a high-quality product for the Russian user at affordable prices. The powerful production base, clearly structured logistics chains, and the accumulated experience in procurement procedures of the Aquarius Group of companies, combined with our technological developments, will allow us to increase the production volume of high-performance computers for games and work by up to 10 times. We are strengthening our position in the market not only through increased production, but also through the introduction of clear systems of warranty service and interaction between the buyer and the seller,” said Nikolai Polishchuk, founder of Nemifist.

The partnership of well-known Russian vendors will allow the launch of a line of six computer positions into wider production - three versions of different levels for gaming and work purposes (minimum, medium and maximum configurations). The development and multiple scaling of joint production will take place with the mentoring support of Artem Kumpel, one of the investors of Nemifist.
