Банк «Санкт-Петербург» обновил интерфейс мобильного приложения для бизнеса – «БСПБ.Бизнес»

What has changed? The design of the main sections has become intuitive, modern and concise, while remaining just as functional. When working in the application, nothing distracts from solving everyday financial tasks – all important options are 1-2 taps away from the main screen. Analysis of customer needs made it possible to identify the functions that are really important – these are the ones that are concentrated on the main screen.

In the new design of the application, every detail is thought out:

- information is structured from the most important to the least. For example, the first thing a client sees when opening the application is the total amount of available funds, a list of accounts with their statuses, and access to regular transactions,

- each button is located exactly where the user expects to see it,

- minimum of unnecessary information so as not to distract from the main thing.

"We regularly receive feedback from our clients – users of "BSPB.Business". Therefore, updating the application is part of the ongoing work to improve the quality of service and services provided in the mobile bank. We strive not only to expand the functionality, but also to make the application as invisible as possible for the client: simple, clear, convenient, fast and reliable," comments Dmitry Tumansky, Director of the Corporate Business Products Department of Bank "Saint Petersburg".
