Sber has provided corporate clients with the opportunity to open a brokerage account online in the SberBusiness online bank. This greatly simplifies the receipt of brokerage services for legal entities, including the most popular corporate liquidity management operations in this segment.

Almost half of the corporate clients of Sber's brokerage platform, and their number is already in the thousands, are active users, which confirms the significant interest of legal entities in the securities market.

One of the flagship products of the brokerage platform is repo transactions. It allows companies to quickly attract and place funds for periods of one day to three months.

Opening a brokerage account online in the SberBusiness online bank is available for legal entities with a simple organizational structure (one sole executive body, one beneficiary). After opening a brokerage account as part of the implementation, including Decrees of the President of Russia dated 02/28/2022 No. 79, dated 03/01/2022 No. 81 (and others issued in addition to them), the client - a legal entity, in order to be able to carry out transactions on the brokerage account, must provide the bank with an assurance about the ownership structure and documents confirming that such client is not controlled by persons associated with states that commit unfriendly actions against the Russian Federation.
