Proscom, a Russian developer of HR technologies and solutions for the digitalization of internal processes, presented a case study of the pilot application of the Hrobot service in Sitronics Group. Hrobot uses artificial intelligence to evaluate resumes. This reduced the time for assessing the compliance of candidates' skills for vacancies from five hours to ten minutes.
