Sellers can check the data before sending and manage the automatic transfer of information from their marketplace personal account

Ozon, in cooperation with the Federal Tax Service (FNS), has launched a free service for sellers using the automated simplified taxation system (autoUSN). It calculates mutual settlements, generates reports, and allows data to be submitted to the tax authorities directly from the marketplace's personal account.

The service collects data on seller income, withheld commissions, platform service costs, returns, and other expenses. Based on this, the amounts necessary to determine the tax base are calculated. Entrepreneurs no longer need to manually reconcile this information.

Before submitting the report to the FNS, the seller can check the calculations. Data transfer is carried out only with their consent, and automatic submission can be disabled at any time.

Information is available in the Ozon personal account in the 'Finance' section, in the 'Mutual settlements for autoUSN' widget. It displays the total amounts of receipts, debits, and returns. If necessary, a detailed report broken down by documents can be downloaded.

The marketplace generates data from the 3rd to the 9th of each month based on closing documents and transmits it to the FNS electronically. The solution is already available to all Ozon sellers using autoUSN. According to the company, this is the first such integration among Russian marketplaces.
