The platform is built on domestic software and hardware solutions

IT service provider RTK-TSS successfully certified the "KII Cloud" according to the requirements of FSTEC of Russia Order No. 117. The document confirms the platform's readiness to host state information systems (GIS) of the 1st class of security — the highest level.

The new order came into force on March 1, 2026, replacing regulation No. 17, which had been in effect since 2013. Information security requirements have extended not only to GIS but also to systems of state bodies, institutions, unitary enterprises, a number of organizations working with the public sector, and municipalities. Hosting such systems in a certified cloud can simplify their owners' own certification process.

According to Order No. 117, operators must constantly monitor data security and regularly report to FSTEC of Russia. The certification also confirms the presence of information security management processes and mechanisms for eliminating vulnerabilities within established deadlines in the "KII Cloud".

The platform is built on domestic software and hardware solutions. In addition to state systems of the 1st class of security, it can host critical information infrastructure (KII) objects up to the second category of significance and personal data systems up to the first level of security inclusive. The cloud also complies with the PCI DSS standard and GOST 57580, which regulates information protection during banking and financial operations.
