Administrators can set individual access rules for each shared drive
In September, "Yandex 360" updated its services for corporate work, adding new features for access management, task planning, and collaboration.

Administrators can now set individual access rules for each shared drive. For example, for the accounting storage, file transfer outside the company can be prohibited, while for marketing storage, it can be allowed. "Disk" also introduced a common search across all storages accessible to an employee.
In "Tracker," the Gantt chart now takes into account the workload of performers. When planning, the manager sees the employee's availability, free time, vacations, and sick leaves. Overloaded days are marked separately.
Mobile "Telemost" now supports multiple accounts simultaneously — you can switch between work and personal profiles without re-authorization.
In "Documents," custom dictionaries of up to 2000 words have appeared, and the standard dictionary has been updated with modern vocabulary. In "Wiki," pages can be published via an open link, and separate "Spaces" can be created for teams and projects. In "Calendar," a quick search for colleagues by availability has been added with the ability to immediately schedule a meeting.
