Documents are available in text format and via QR code, which can be checked offline.

The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia announced the availability of electronic consignment notes and waybills in the "Gosuslugi Auto" application. Now drivers of transportation companies can present these documents from their phone – in text form or as a QR code.

No internet connection is required to check the QR code: it can be scanned via "Goskan" in the "Gosuslugi" application. Documents are automatically uploaded after logging into "Gosuslugi Auto" with a confirmed account.

To display the required document, the driver needs to select the vehicle on the main screen of the application and click "Present documents".

In addition to the new documents, "Gosuslugi Auto" provides access to electronic vehicle registration certificates, driver's licenses, and OSAGO insurance policies. The service also allows users to register a road accident using the Europrotocol, check a car, sign up for registration procedures and obtaining a license, and conclude a car purchase and sale agreement online.

The application has been operating since 2021. According to the Ministry of Digital Development, over 23 million users have installed it during this time.
