The solution automates status verification, document processing, and payments through a nominal account
Sber and the Qugo platform have expanded their cooperation, launching digital settlements for businesses with self-employed individuals, individual entrepreneurs, and performers under civil law contracts. The solution is based on Sber's "Safe Transactions" service, integrated with the Qugo platform.
The new mechanism allows payments to be made through a nominal account in digital format. The process integrates document processing, performer status verification, remuneration transfer, and reporting.
Before each payment, the system automatically verifies the self-employed status. Necessary documents are stored on the platform, and settlement data is transmitted to the FNS. Receipts are generated without additional actions from the performer.
For companies, the solution is designed to reduce the volume of manual work when interacting with a large number of freelance specialists. The bank also controls the movement of funds between transaction participants.
According to Qugo, more than 60,000 business transactions with performers pass through the platform daily. The company notes that integration with Sber's service combines legal processing, data verification, and payments within a single digital process.
