New features have also appeared for inviting participants, maintaining audit logs, and managing the association.

The "Yandex 360" team has expanded the capabilities of the "Federations" service, designed for collaborative work of several virtual organizations. Now, up to 10 thousand companies can be included in one association instead of two. This will allow large holdings and distributed structures to work in a common digital space.

Federation participants will be able to find colleagues' contacts, check their availability in Calendar, exchange files via Disk, and communicate in Messenger. At the same time, up to 10 Federations are now available for one structure. Previously, it was allowed to create up to 100 associations, but each of them could include only two organizations.

The process of inviting new participants has also changed. Requests are moved to a separate tab, which displays the Federation name, the owning company, and already connected organizations. An invitation can be accepted or declined.

In addition, administrators can now change the Federation name. Audit logs now record more events, including changes to settings, participant composition, and roles. This should simplify the verification of disputed situations for information security services.

If cooperation ceases, an organization can independently leave the Federation without additional agreement with other participants.
