New tools allow adapting the service to internal processes, automating work, and creating integrations without mandatory programming experience.
The "Yandex Tracker" service now supports plugins, allowing companies to adapt the system to their own business processes. Organizations can install ready-made extensions from the catalog or create their own solutions for work automation, analytics, and integration with corporate services.
Initially, users have access to more than ten ready-made plugins. Among them is a time tracking tool that helps analyze time spent on tasks and assess employee workload. The catalog is planned to be expanded in the future.
Companies will also be able to develop their own plugins, for example, for importing data from Excel, creating dashboards, connecting CRM systems, or launching additional accounting tools. For this purpose, a component library, documentation, command-line tools, and templates have been prepared to simplify development on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Creating extensions is possible even without programming experience. It is enough to describe the required task in the selected AI model, after which it will help generate code that can be immediately checked and refined in the "Yandex Tracker" interface. Ready-made plugins can only be used within the company or published in the general catalog after moderation. The ability to work with plugins is available to users of paid service plans with a full access license.
