The Yandex 360 team has introduced a new virtual office tool – the "Contacts" service, designed to simplify the search for employees both within the company and in related organizations, such as branches and contractors. Now users can quickly find the right people and immediately interact with them by sending messages, creating meetings, or initiating calls.
"Contacts" allows companies with complex structures to consolidate employee search in one space, simplifying workflows. The service is integrated with other virtual office tools, including mail, calendar, and messenger.
Users can search for employees by name, email, phone number, or employer name. Filters by organization and position are also available.
Currently, the "Contacts" service is available in the web version of Yandex 360. Future plans include expansion to other virtual office services.
