The new product will enable the creation, testing, and maintenance of information systems within an end-to-end import-independent framework.
SberTech, a developer of high-tech software for business, Basis, a Russian developer of solutions for managing dynamic IT infrastructure, and Gistech, an IT company, have announced the start of technological cooperation. The companies will focus on creating a unified secure development pipeline for the GosTech platform, combining the competencies of all participants in the agreement. The memorandum was signed within the framework of the CIPR conference.
At the core of the architecture is a CI/CD pipeline – an automated tool for continuous integration and code delivery. In it, government systems are created and developed taking into account security, compatibility, and manageability requirements.
SberTech, Basis, and Gistech will implement phased cooperation. The parties will agree on the target vision of the product, form roadmaps, and create joint working groups to coordinate activities. This will be followed by an analysis of the compatibility of all technical solutions, the definition of the pipeline architecture, and options for integrating its individual elements. Partners will exchange expertise, provide access to documentation, conduct joint technical sessions, and ensure the implementation and development of the ecosystem around the new solution.
Maxim Tyatyushev, CEO of SberTech:
“As a result of our cooperation, an environment will emerge where teams can work faster, more efficiently, and with fewer errors. We hope that SberTech's experience and expertise will help in this. The company creates in-demand products for developers, such as GitVerse. The platform is already used by more than 200 thousand people; it has evolved from a solution for small teams to an enterprise product trusted by large organizations.”
David Martirosov, CEO of Basis:
“Government customers require a functional and manageable development environment with full control over the technology stack. By combining Basis's infrastructure foundation, tools, and partners' operational expertise, we will get a domestic solution that will fully meet this demand – from the technological foundation to production support.”
Alexey Sterzhantov, CEO of Gistech:
“The architecture for government platforms must work in real operational conditions, not just in theory. We are building a product that will evolve with the needs of the sector and provide teams with a practical tool for mature, managed development – in compliance with customer regulations and security requirements.”
