At the CIPR-2026 conference in Nizhny Novgorod, the full-cycle IT service provider "RTK-TsOD", the IT ecosystem for business process automation "Lukomorye", the software manufacturer for IT infrastructure management "Skyfall Labs", and the developer of the business systems observability platform Proto signed a technological partnership agreement to create a joint platform for IT infrastructure and service management.
The partnership will allow combining the solutions and experience of the companies into a single platform for centralized management of IT infrastructure, services, and business system monitoring. The agreement was signed by Maria Barteneva, CEO of Skyfall Labs, Arsen Blagov, CEO of the Lukomorye IT ecosystem, Alexey Zabrodin, Technical Director of RTK-TsOD, and Denis Bezkorovainy, CEO of ProtoServices.
The platform being created will integrate ITSM/ESM, ITAM, monitoring, observability, automation, and service interaction tools into a single digital circuit. The central element of the unified platform will be "Divo Service" — a solution for automating service processes and building a Service Desk based on the company's business logic. "Divo Service" will allow managing IT processes through a single entry point and will provide an interaction space for users and IT specialists. The unified platform will also be supplemented by other "Divo" modules: "Divo Portal" — a self-service portal in a single-window concept, "Divo Mera" — a data analytics and visualization tool, "Divo Lingvo" — an AI-based linguistic module for processing requests and searching for services, and "Divo Bot" — a module for creating intelligent digital assistants and chatbots.
The capabilities of the unified platform will be expanded thanks to the products of the companies participating in the technological partnership:
● Smart Control from RTK-TsOD will be integrated into the platform as "Divo Control". The module is an IT infrastructure management center that provides automation of operational processes, remote administration, inventory, infrastructure discovery, and comprehensive monitoring.
● SkyV ITAM from Skyfall Labs will become a module called "Divo Svod". It will allow forming and maintaining an up-to-date IT infrastructure model with the consolidation of technical and financial data on all IT assets in a single system without duplication or contradictions.
● Proto Observability from ProtoServices will become part of the platform as "Divo Proto". This is a full-stack monitoring system for applications, user experience, infrastructure, and Kubernetes. It will allow tracking the state of complex distributed systems and business processes in real-time, as well as predicting and preventing possible incidents.
All modules are included in the register of domestic software.
Among the key advantages of the unified platform are the possibility of evolutionary migration with gradual replacement of elements of the existing IT infrastructure, simple integration with third-party systems via open APIs, secure data storage on the customer's side in an on-premise format, and module administration without the need for programming. The developers pay special attention to the development of proactive infrastructure management. The platform will support predictive monitoring, automatic problem detection, and remote troubleshooting, and will also allow linking technical metrics with financial and business indicators for more effective achievement of company goals.
In addition, the solution will provide centralized management of accounts, services, and IT infrastructure, secure access to company resources, comprehensive monitoring of business systems, and automatic real-time updating of IT asset data. This will allow organizations to use reliable data for strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.
