During the transition, not only emails are synchronized, but also the folder structure and attachments, calendar events with repetitions and participants, tasks, personal and shared contacts.
Russian developer "MyOffice" has released a new version of the corporate mail system Mailion 26.1, providing seamless migration from Exchange Online, improved email storage functionality, and convenient interface ergonomics.
As promised by the developers, the update allows data to be transferred from the Microsoft 365 cloud as part of a single process, including emails, folder structure, calendar events, tasks, and contacts.
The update also implements a flexible mechanism for managing email retention periods, which helps save space in mailboxes. The administrator can create retention rules and assign them to users or groups.
Users can create personal labels to sort messages, which simplifies working with large volumes of correspondence.
In addition, the new version has improved event management in the calendar: meetings can be moved across the calendar grid without opening additional windows. A drag-and-drop function has been implemented for emails and folders. Integration capabilities with corporate data sources have been expanded: the system now synchronizes additional user addresses from external directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.
