More features, higher stability, optimized power consumption.
NTC IT "ROSA" has introduced an update to the mobile operating system "ROSA Mobile" version 3.0. Key new features include built-in support for VPN clients, including ZTN, ViPNet, and WireGuard. This allows corporate users and government customers to securely connect to internal resources via already deployed servers.
The new version improves the functionality of standard applications. "ROSA Mail" now features notifications for new emails even when the application is closed, and the check interval can be configured in profile settings. Calendar event notifications have also been added, appearing on the lock screen and in the notification shade.
SIM card security has been enhanced: it is now possible to set up PIN and PUK, which increases device protection. Users can change the PIN code or configure its use so that when the smartphone is turned on, a code must be entered to unlock SIM card functionality. System stability has been improved and power consumption optimized, allowing for longer smartphone use without recharging.
In "ROSA Messenger", stability and security have been enhanced, and calling capabilities have been expanded, including group calls for more than four participants.
