Added calendar view of tasks, quick edits, and improved administration.
The "Yandex 360" team has released an update to its proprietary "Tracker" service for task planning and project and process management. Tasks can now be viewed in a calendar format, which is convenient for planning and monitoring deadlines. Hovering over a task displays information about the name, status, deadline, and assignee. Unscheduled tasks are available in a separate list, from where they can be dragged into the calendar.
In "Tracker", it is now possible to embed "Yandex Calendar" on the dashboard, which allows you to track events alongside tasks. You can now change the parameters of tasks, projects, and goals directly in the list, without going to a separate page. The mobile version has improved interaction with wiki pages: links open in the built-in panel, and the page can be added to favorites.
The updates also affected access management. When creating a project or portfolio, the "Not only for participants" level is set by default, and a warning about the risks of storing personal data appears in the interface. In the "Administration" section, menu items are grouped into blocks, including "Users", "Finance", "Tracker Settings", and "Integrations". New sections "Portfolios and Projects" and "Goals" have been added, where you can set default visibility rights. All updates are already available to "Yandex 360" users.
