The services can be deployed within an internal network, which is relevant for companies with sensitive data and strict data protection requirements.
The Yandex B2B Tech team has provided the ability to use the "Disk" and "Documents" services on companies' own infrastructure (on-premises model). "Disk" provides storage and shared access to files, and "Documents" offers text and spreadsheet editors with a collaborative editing function. Both services are included in the register of Russian software.
In addition to "Disk" and "Documents", Yandex's "Boards" and "Browser for Organizations" services are available in on-premises mode. By the end of 2026, they will be joined by "Messenger", "Telemost", "Mail", "Calendar", "Tracker", "Wiki" and "Forms". All solutions are built on a single platform with a centralized architecture and a common technology stack, which simplifies deployment and updating. Local versions of the services are developed synchronously with cloud versions and are regularly updated.
The services will be offered in packages. The "Collaboration and Communications" package will include "Disk", "Documents" and "Boards". In the fourth quarter of 2026, "Mail", "Calendar", "Messenger" and "Telemost" will be added to them. The "Projects and Knowledge" package will include "Tracker", "Wiki" and "Forms".
