The Russian IT company "MyOffice" announces the launch of "MyOffice AI Voice Notes" — a solution that transforms speech into structured text of a selected format. The solution is integrated into the "MyOffice Documents" mobile application for Android and is available for free.
The user records a voice message, and the system automatically converts it into text with correct spelling and punctuation. The built-in artificial intelligence offers five ready-made templates for text conversion: "Conclusion", "Task List", "Letter", "Meeting Report", and "Post". You can also set your own instructions for conversion.
At the same time, voice recordings are not saved on the server and are deleted immediately after decryption. An integrated editor with AI tools is provided for editing texts.
To start working with "MyOffice AI Voice Notes", you will need to install the "MyOffice Documents" mobile application, available in all major application stores: RuStore, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Mi App Mall, Samsung Galaxy Store. The free plan includes up to five transcriptions and up to ten uses of artificial intelligence functions per day. A paid subscription is available for more frequent use.
