IT distributor OCS and "IT Route" have started cooperation to promote Fakel network equipment. The distributor will handle logistics and product support under the Fakel brand in Russia.
Fakel routers are built on the x86 architecture and include their own traffic processing engine — Fakel Vector Engine. The solutions are suitable for creating the core and perimeter of corporate networks, processing large amounts of traffic in data centers, and organizing secure communication channels between branches. The brand's switches provide network fault tolerance and performance, and support seamless migration from equipment of popular foreign manufacturers.
It is expected that the partnership will expand sales channels and strengthen positions in the regions. Fakel products will be available to more than 6.5 thousand OCS partners on the b2b portal and in regional offices.
